1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using MatchMyVoucher (the "Services"), operated by Divno Technologies, Inc. ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The Services
MatchMyVoucher is a housing-match platform that connects voucher holders and affordable-housing applicants with available rental units listed by licensed real estate agents. We are not a real estate broker, landlord, or guarantor of any tenancy. All rental decisions remain solely between you and the agent or landlord.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating your account, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
4. SMS Program Terms
Program name: MatchMyVoucher SMS Notifications.
Program description: When you opt in, MatchMyVoucher will send transactional text messages to the mobile number associated with your account, including showing invitations with a personal confirm/decline link, showing confirmations, invitation expirations, cancellations, occasional re-engagement when a new unit matching your saved search becomes available, and account or security updates.
Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier for sending or receiving text messages.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity on MatchMyVoucher (for example, the number of showing invitations sent to you).
How to opt in: Opt in by checking the SMS consent box during signup or by enabling SMS notifications in your account settings. Your opt-in is recorded with a timestamp.
How to opt out: Reply STOP to any text message from MatchMyVoucher at any time, toggle SMS off in your account settings at /settings, or email support@matchmyvoucher.com. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not send further marketing or transactional SMS to that number unless you opt back in.
How to get help: Reply HELP to any text message from MatchMyVoucher to receive a help message, or contact us at support@matchmyvoucher.com.
Supported carriers: Major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Information you provide for SMS is used only to deliver and support the SMS program described above and is not shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false information, impersonating others, harassing other users or agents, scraping or reselling listing data, or attempting to interfere with the operation of the Services.
6. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that any particular unit will be available to you, that any agent will respond to you, or that you will be approved as a tenant. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchMyVoucher and Divno Technologies, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
